This is a real contest, really being held and sponsored by WotC. If you've got a thing for beholders, or juts have artistic talent in general, you should check it out.

And don't worry if you have just "some" artistic talent, because I can tell you that most of the big-time pros will not be up for "selling" their work for a mere $100.
